StoneBridge installs GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed architectural, designer, and impact-resistant shingle systems. We specify the right product for your home's specific requirements — roof geometry, pitch, attic ventilation profile, and HOA requirements — not the product with the best contractor margin.

StoneBridge does not default to replacement when repair is the right answer. We've turned down full replacement contracts to recommend targeted repairs — because that's what the situation required, and because repeat clients are worth more than any single upsell.

& Ventilation.
Seamless 5" and 6" aluminum gutter fabrication and installation. Gutter guard systems (Leaf Guard, MicroMesh). Downspout extension and drainage planning. Fascia repair and replacement when gutter failure has caused damage. All gutter work includes 5-year workmanship warranty.
VELUX Certified installer for the full VELUX product line — fixed, vented (manual and solar-powered), and Sun Tunnel tubular skylights. Existing skylight flashing replacement, curb rebuild, and leak remediation. Skylight removal and flat roof patching. All VELUX products carry manufacturer 10-year warranty plus installation warranty.
Proper attic ventilation is the single most effective way to extend shingle lifespan in Charlotte's climate. We design and install ridge vent systems, soffit ventilation, gable vents, and powered ventilators based on your attic's specific cubic footage and thermal profile. Ventilation upgrades can extend shingle warranty terms and reduce summer cooling loads.
