We don't use the inspection as a sales funnel pressure point — our inspection reports are detailed enough that some clients use them to negotiate with other contractors. We're comfortable with that.
For a standard Charlotte residential roof (1,800–2,800 sq ft, low to moderate complexity), StoneBridge completes tear-off, underlayment, new shingle installation, flashings, and cleanup in one to two days. More complex roofs with multiple pitches, dormers, steep sections, or premium materials may require two to three days. We provide a specific timeline at the time of estimate.
We work alongside your insurance claim process but are not a public adjuster and cannot represent you in a legal capacity. What we do provide: complete inspection documentation formatted to adjuster standards, itemized scope of work that matches the claim format, communication support when adjusters have questions about our findings, and supplemental documentation when covered items are missed in the initial adjustment. We've worked successfully with every major insurance carrier operating in North Carolina.
Two separate warranties cover every StoneBridge installation. The manufacturer's product warranty (GAF's standard warranty is 25 years for most architectural shingle lines; the Golden Pledge® lifetime warranty is available on qualifying installations). StoneBridge's workmanship warranty: 10 years, non-prorated, covering installation defects including all flashings, penetrations, and seam work. Both warranties are transferable to new owners once during the warranty period.
